numbers on 414

Hi,
what does the following numbers on my 414B speakers mean?

Code date is 391943
cones are marked 21060 7

Here is a site where they describe the Manufacturer's Date Codes.

According to that site the 391 means "Altec" and the 943 means the 43rd week of some year that ends in 9 such as 1959 or 1969.

I don't know about the other number.
